We will send out checks weekly. For anything under $50.00 per pay period, or the minimum pay amount specified by you, we will carry that amount to the following pay period. All revenues will be disbursed in US Dollars. We are paying $1.50 per verified E-mail signup, and $15 per active member if the subscriber signs up for our paysite at the time of subscription or from the daily newsletters. An active member is a member that did not cancel or credit within 7 calendar days after the signup. Any of the following will result in ALL of your accounts being terminated without pay : SPAM, including but not limited to E-mail, Instant Messages, Chatrooms, Newsgroups, ICQ and IRC. Promote or contain content of: Warez, Passwords, MP3, Bestiality, Rape, Child Pornography, any acts of violence, or any illegal activity. This includes meta tags, text, links, graphic(s) or any HTML. Attempt to mislead or defraud us in any way. Incorrect or incomplete account information. Hits or signups generated as a requirement to enter or obtain access to goods or services on your (or someone else's) web site. Any sort of mechanism or effort that falsely generates hits or signups, including signups by the webmaster. If you wish to perform a test signup you must first E-mail fantasyman@cecash.com. Any individual found to be in violation of 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent or any other intellectual property right violation or infringement. Any webmaster found to have cheated or defrauded any other sponsor. Sites hosted on non-adult free hosts that do not permit adult content. This includes (but is not limited to) Geocities, Angelire, Tripod, Xoom, CJB.net, Envy.nu or Hypermart. Any misrepresentation of our site(s), including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within our site(s). Exploitation of our terms and conditions, including but not limited to, instructing the member to signup and cancel is also not permitted in any way, shape or form. Failure to use the linking code and banners we provide on your Banners & HTML page. New accounts from Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Trinidad, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, and Yugoslavia. Accounts that are terminated without pay will have a stop placed on all outstanding funds. We reserve the right to alter or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Webmasters. It is your responsibility to refer to this document from time to time so that you may be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. You are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number on the registration form. We will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities to whom we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more. Failure to provide this information will cause your payment to be delayed or withheld. Upon termination of this Agreement you shall immediately cease using the VMI name(s), VMI's marks and remove all VMI banners from your site. Our files will prevail in determining amount of valid hits, signups, Cancellation and Credits . We will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors. We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time.
