Terms And Conditions
  • We will send out checks twice a month. For anything under $50.00 per month, or the minimum pay amount specified by you, we will carry that amount to the following pay period. All revenues will be disbursed in US Dollars.
  • We are paying $3.00 per 1000 unique impressions. An impression is counted when our page fully loads in the users browser.
  • We will pay you on the 1st and 16th of the month for traffic you send 7 days prior to the payment day. For example, on the 16th we will pay for traffic you send up to the 9th (not included).
  • You may not send traffic from any free hosted web sites which utilize their own pop up advertising.
  • Our page must be the ONLY new browser window to open when a user exits your site. There may not be any other browser windows in front of or behind our pop up window other than the page which loaded our window. You may not open any other browser windows in front or behind of the window in which our pop up appears.
  • You must have all referring pages written in English. Traffic from non-English websites will not be counted, and your account will be terminated.
  • All traffic sent to this program via exit pop ups must be a result of a surfer visiting your site, and visiting one of your regularly viewed pages.
  • You may not send traffic from pages with little or no content.
  • You may send traffic via pop ups when the user exits your site or banners.
  • Failure to comply with the above guideline or any of following will result in ALL of your accounts being terminated without pay:

  • SPAM, including but not limited to E-mail, Instant Messages, Chatrooms, Newsgroups, ICQ and IRC.
  • Promote or contain content of: Warez, Passwords, MP3, Bestiality, Rape, Child Pornography, any acts of violence, or any illegal activity. This includes meta tags, text, links, graphic(s) or any HTML.
  • Attempt to mislead or defraud us in any way.
  • Directing traffic by using a misleading domain name on the Internet that may either deceive a person into viewing material that is obscene in nature or deceive a minor into viewing material that is harmful to minors on the Internet.
  • Incorrect or incomplete account information.
  • Hits generated as a requirement to enter or obtain access to goods or services on your (or someone else's) web site.
  • Any sort of mechanism or effort that falsely generates hits, or any attempt to artificially generate impressions in any way
  • Any individual found to be in violation of 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent or any other intellectual property right violation or infringement.
  • Any webmaster found to have cheated or defrauded any other sponsor.
  • Sites hosted on non-adult free hosts that do not permit adult content. This includes (but is not limited to) Geocities, Angelire, Tripod, Xoom, CJB.net, or Hypermart.
  • Any misrepresentation of our site(s), including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within our site(s). Any exploitation of our terms and conditions.
  • New accounts from Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Trinidad, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, and Yugoslavia.

  • Accounts that are terminated without pay will have a stop placed on all outstanding funds.
  • We reserve the right to alter or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Webmasters.
  • It is your responsibility to refer to this document from time to time so that you may be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
  • You are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number on the registration form. We will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities to whom we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more. Failure to provide this information will cause your payment to be delayed or withheld.
  • Upon termination of this Agreement you shall immediately cease using the VMI name(s), VMI's marks and remove all VMI banners from your site.
  • Our files will prevail in determining amount of valid hits.
  • We will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
  • We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time.
